I’ve had several ideas in my head about how I was going to play along w/Farley’s challenge on the Club Scrap Community board and I think I’ve tried each and every one. This is what I finally landed on. Paper is Club Scrap (maybe hearth and home kit) and I printed designs from the digi version of the Bandanarama kit onto it before making into the rosette. The “postage” LOVE I created in PSE using the font from their Groovy Christmas kit which I printed on white paper and inked with Hero Arts Pool Shadow Ink. The text behind the letters is from a favorite old song of mine and says:
“Wouldn’t you agree, baby you and me got a groovy kind of love”

The heart rosette is just more of the same paper which I cut into the heart shape after forming the rosette. I wasn’t sure if it would work and it’s not perfect, but I think.

  2. I love love love these rosettes and think you did a fabulous job with them. The LOVE hanging is a work of art. And that was one of my very favorite songs, too, back in the 60's. Were you even alive then????
